Who

If you ask us to let you know about new projects: your email.
If you have an account: your name, your email, the line and links you add, your tasks, submissions, reviews, notes and messages. The only public part is your profile: name, line, label, links, and the records and badges of your approved contributions. The rest is seen only by whoever takes part in each task.
If you took part in the 2026 open challenge: what you provided when you started and, if you submitted, the links to your project.

To manage your tasks, submissions and reviews, and publish your profile and records.
To let you know when a project opens, if you asked.
No marketing lists. We don't sell data or share it with third parties, unless required by law.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you create an account or ask for a notification, and can withdraw at any time.

We use analytics tools to understand how the site is used, including session recording. Form fields are masked: what you type is never recorded.
This uses cookies and local storage. The cookie that remembers your language and the one that takes 2026 challenge participants back to their workspace are technical; the analytics ones aren't.

The AI for Action team, who review contributions and talk to organizations.
